As below DPW new tariff
501. LOADING / DISCHARGE OF CONTAINERS — TERMINAL HANDLING CHARGES (THC)

The above rate are chargeable per move. Rates are inclusive of all overtime with the exception of declared Public Holidays (see Item 232.4)
502. HAZARDOUS CONTAINERS
502.1 Loading / discharge Containers loaded with Hazardous Material will be charged an additional 50% above the applicable THC
Note: Above additional charges will apply on laden Transshipment but is not applicable to import LCL cargo destined to Port Container Freight Station (except Cargo of IMG Code Classes 1 and 7)
507. TRUCK LOADING / UNLOADING CHARGE (TLUC)
Truck loading and unloading charges applies to all Containers, regardless of size that are delivered and received through the Port Facility Terminal gates
